How It Works:
1. After Purchase:
- Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
- A member of our team will also WhatsApp you to gather important information such as your flight number, number of passengers, and number of luggage. This ensures we are fully prepared for your transfer.
2. On the Day of Your Transfer:
From the Airport:
- Upon arrival at KLIA 1 (T1) or KLIA 2 (T2), head to the arrival lane on the same level where you clear immigration and collect your luggage - no need to go up or down
- WhatsApp our driver with the door number where you are waiting, and they will come directly to you for a smooth and easy pickup.
- Flight Delayed? No worries! We live monitor your flight online using the provided flight number and will adjust the pickup time accordingly, waiting for you at no additional cost.
From Hotel/Home to the Airport:
- Our driver will show up at your requested time at the hotel lobby or your home for a prompt departure.
Special Request:
Female driver available upon request for female clients, ensuring a more comfortable and secure travel experience.
Round Trip Option:
If you need a round trip, simply add two transfer services to your cart. This way, you can secure both your pickup and return journey in one easy booking.
