At Ellrae Transfer, we take pride in providing reliable, premium transfer services. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be fair and transparent in how we handle refunds.
1. No Refund for Last-Minute Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable, as resources have already been allocated for your service.
2. Partial Refunds for Early Cancellations
If you cancel:
48–24 hours before pickup – 50% refund
More than 48 hours before pickup – Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee (to cover transaction costs)
3. No Show Policy
If the passenger fails to show up at the pickup location without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
4. Delays & Missed Flights
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or incorrect customer-provided details. Refunds will not be issued in such cases. Please plan buffer time accordingly.
5. Service Disruptions (From Our Side)
In rare cases where we cancel or fail to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown or driver emergency), customers will receive a full refund or be offered a replacement trip at no extra cost.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
